Drecom Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yuki Naito) announces the new smartphone real life interactive treasure hunting game "Disney STEP" is to be released in the Spring of 2025.
In addition, as a preparation for the official release, an advanced trial (beta test) will be conducted from September 26, 2024 (Thursday), and we are calling out for participants on the official website from today, August 27 (10:00) (Tuesday). 

Real life interactive treasure hunt game "Disney STEP" is a game application for smartphones that utilizes location information features. Your local neighborhood where you live has transformed into the stage for a treasure hunt, and you can enjoy the treasure hunt with Mickey and his friends who appear in the game! The player will explore through their neighborhood to find and collect "treasures" with motifs of various Disney works.

In the advanced trial beta testing, which began today, is open up to 10,000 players to experience "Disney STEP" and to reflect the opinions of the participants in the development of the game for the release version. Volunteers can register to enter the advanced trial beta testing from the official site.

Additionally, the official site and official X account (@stepofficialjp) have released information on a campaign to commemorate the advance trial beta testing, as well as the first trailer showcasing the features and world view of the game.

We hope to make "Disney STEP" more familiar with the game through the advanced trial, and make the game even more appealing together with the players who participate in the advanced trial beta testing.

■Your neighborhood is the stage of treasure hunting
Your neighborhood will turn into the stage for treasure hunting. Search various places to find the treasure.

■Search for treasures with Mickey and friends
Mickey and his friends are out searching for treasures too. Help them find a treasure and you may get a special gift!

■Collect various great treasures
Treasure chests contain various treasures.
Complete a set and something special 
might happen.

■Go out and search for the treasure!
Wear your favorite outfit and go out 
in search of the treasure!
